We have our own in house interior designers and architects and are able to complete interiors to the owner individual specification. Included in this service are penthouses, condominiums, villas, shop fit-outs, bars, pubs, and restaurants and office interiors. We can propose renovations and upgrades to existing facilities. During construction, our designers are available to solve design queries and to ensure that work is kept to the high standard required
Project & Construction Management
A project manager is the direct representative of the project owner. His responsibility is to manage a project in the owners best interests, with loyalty only to the project owner. The objective of the Project Manager is to complete the project within the outlined project scope, as early as possible and within budget, while simultaneously meeting high quality standards.

That is because a proper maintenance schedule can improve business operations and protect valuable investments by keeping fixed assets in good condition. Building Renovations
We can renovate existing properties of all descriptions for property owners.In a very competitive residential and office leasing market, buildings can quickly become outdated, old fashioned run down and tired. These buildings become no longer attractive and thus only can command low rental income. Building owners need to make renovations for example in order to upgrade their facility, to remedy defects, replace wiring, replace antiquated equipment and redecorate their facilities throughout. We are pleased to offer a comprehensive service covering surveys, reports, recommendations, design, cost estimates, tendering and various construction services. We execute this process step by step so that design, costs and construction are approved during the progress of the work.
Turn-key Contracting
We can provide a "Turn-key" design and construction service. In this role, we undertake the responsibility of all design work, construction work, purchase of materials and equipment for the project. The client would be asked to approve work at regular intervals as milestones of the project and pay for work completed. We recommend this particular method as appropriate for small to medium size projects and is suitable for the busy owner who does not wish to devote a lot of his own time and energy to the project.
Design and Build Package
We also offer the increasingly popular Design and Build Package Our service typically includes the one stop concept to develop design and to continue on to the construction, often before the design is complete to economize on time. This approach has been successfully used by us on many projects over the years. This has included development of design from architectural concepts provided by the owner or other consultants
